Description
Anchor is America’s first and oldest craft brewery, with roots dating back to the California gold rush. Today, our beers are handmade from an all-malt mash in our traditional copper brewhouse. Our process combines the time-honored art of classical craft brewing with carefully applied, state-of-the-art modern methods.

Bottle. Fairly hazy golden amber with a white head. Aroma of bitter oranges, some medicinal notes, bread. And so it tastes. Bittersweet with an almost menthol-like finish. Sharpish citrus leans towards yuzu. A little reminiscent of De Ranke XX Bitter. Well-integrated flavours. Interesting.

Bottle. Hazy orangish amber with a small dense white head. Aroma of passionfruit, peach, tinned mandarin. Light bodied, cleaner than it looks. Very fruity with some light bread behind before some resin creeps up at the moderately bitter finish. Pretty good, refreshing.

Final amargo.
Una pale ale de manual.

Dark, malty, caramel, little hoppy. Don't recall the last time I had this beer, but it's good. Harry Kane wheeling away after he opened the scoring at Selhurst.
