Und die heimatliche Bier-Weltreise geht diesmal weit weg nach Kalifornien. Ein mit Galaxy-Hopfen eingebrautes Pale ALe, das wirkich schöne Hopfennoten hat: Gras, Zitrone, Limette und Litschi -und das echt toll balanciert. Genau so stelle ich mir ein richtig gutes Pale Ale vor.

Tumbler showing dark amber with sparse white foam. The nose shows lightly intense notes of sweet and bread malt. The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Moderately malty throughout, mild bitterness on finish.

Can, thanks Hrabren! Clear godlen body, small white head, tiny even! Oxidized aroma, caramel, sticky even, abounds, but there is a solid fruitiness too! Wouldn't immediately call out apricot or peach, but the taste, lean and dry gives out some apricot jam notes. Stale, almost dead but... nah, this is dead, but still freely sold. Yay. BB date is 2 years since bottling date, which happens to be 29th of April 2019. Though, for a zombie of this variety, this doesn't stink that much, but it's still very much dead. Shame this ends up on the Cro market at this age.

0.33 l can from Goblet Beer Store. Zagreb. Shared with Marko. Hazy golden. Small to medium off-white head. Juice, fruit, hops? Nose is fresh citrusy and fruity. Some spice. Slightly oxidized. Peach, sugar. Light finish.

Reddish-brown color, foam shades, tan-white, nice but moderately durable. Wonderful aroma. Dried fruits, raisins, hoppy, but also malty. Sweet, cognac, yet round. It has an extraordinarily full-bodied taste, raisins, honey, malt, but with hops and roasted-malt, it has an outstanding sweet-fruity-cognac, bitter taste. For me, this is the perfect dessert beer. It resembles lighter double-bock. Lots of aftertaste, lots of dried fruit at every point of the tongue. Alcohol feels a little bit, but it does come at a disadvantage.

Vörösesbarna szín, hab árnyalatos, barnásfehér, szép, de közepesen tartós. Csodás illat. Aszalt gyümölcsös, mazsolás, komlós is, de malátás is. Édes, konyakos, mégis kerek. Íze kiemelkedően testes, mazsolás, mézes, malátás, de a komlókkal és a pörkölt -sok - malátával kialakult egy kiemelkedő édes-gyümölcsös-konyakos, mégis "sörös", keserű íz. Számomra ilyen a tökéletes desszert sör. Világosabb dupla-bakokra hasonlít, csak felső erjesztésűként teltebb, összetettebb. Rengeteg utóíz, rengeteg aszalt gyümölcs a nyelv minden pontján. Az alkohol picit érződik, de nem válik hátrányára.Extrán ajánlom, persze csak a stílus kedvelőinek.

Közepes, tartós hab, narancssárga szín. Citrusos, fűszeres illat. Citrusos, citrushéjas, fűszeres ízek, némi barackos beütéssel. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas és keserű. Tisztességesen összerakott sör, de emmi kiemelkedő.
