[12oz bottle from Albertson's, Fullerton, CA.] An opaque amber coloured pour with a tight creamy white head; aroma of under ripe mangos; tropical fruit taste to start with a milky body, then a sharp, tart, fruity bitterness kicks in with lots of aromatics, building to a long strongly bitter finish. This certainly lets the Galaxy hops shine through.
