14/5/2018. Cask at the Bridge Tavern, Newcastle. Pours dark gold with a small creamy white head. Aroma of light citrus, hop, malt, flowers and grass. Medium to heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, creamy texture, very soft carbonation. Sweet, jammy, stewed finish. Fair.

25/4/2018. Draught at Bierrex Smoke and Taphouse, Newcastle. Pours black with a tan/purple head. Aroma of chocolate, dark fruit, berries, coffee, hint of liquorice, moderate roasted malt and lactose. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Full bodied, slick texture, average to soft carbonation. Increasing coffee roasted bitterness to finish. Really good.

25/4/2018. Cask at Lady Grey's, Newcastle. Pours almost black with a tan coloured head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, liquorice, roasted malt, nut, lactose, raspberry and black cherry. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium to full bodied, slick texture, very soft carbonation. Very good.
