Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, fruits, hops, grass and has a nice grassy finish.

Black, fizzy and quickly fading head. Dark malty aroma, some of that added cake!! and some light notes of slightly artificial almonds. Bittersweet flavour, dark malt, some roast, some nuts and almonds. Wow... a pastry stout with actual cake in it. Maybe... try adding decent cake next time.
