Bottle 33 cl. Pours deep golden with a slight haze and a tiny, white head. Sweet, malty and floral aroma. Medium body, sweet malt - very sweet - the added honey may not be fully attenuated. Hardly any hops to balance the sweetness which gets a little overwhelming. 050717

Bottle 33 cl. Beautiful, clear amber with a small, off-white head. Lovely biscuity aroma. Fairly light in body - bordering watery - but this lovely, crispy biscuit note continues throughout. No real bitterness, but not cloying either. Appears like an Amber - and a very good one. 280617

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear pale golden with a small, white head. Nose is sweet malt, fruit and a hint of yeast. Medium body, very fruity, some coriander notes and some late phenols that grow as the beer warms up. Dry, hoppy finish. The world’s most boring beer style, but a fairly solid example. 280617

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a murky, opaque dark brown with a small, creamy off-white head. Nose is roasty, some dry English licorice. Rich, malty body, solid roast without getting too ashy or anything. Underlying sweetness. Not too bad. 010617

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Malty nose, a little sulphur. Medium body, dense malt body, again a little sulphur with a dry finish. Very low carbonation. Much better that the Pilsner - if you could just get the carbonation right, this would actually be decent. 010617

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear deep amber with a lively and fizzy beige head - good looking at least. Sweet, malty nose. Medium body, burned caramel and toffee, slightly nutty - almost more of a Brown or Amber Ale. Very discreet, late hops. 010617
