Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Almost clear golden, creamy head. Citrusy nose. Mid sweet with light body and well rounded mouthfeel. Marmalade and grapefruit on creamy soothing malt. Mid bitter finish.

Bottled at TEJA-tasting. Black, small head. Peaty, medicinal smoke aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Penicillin and peat, licorice and coffee. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, deep brown with a warm reddish hue and a neat and lacing beige head. Slightly toffeeish aroma. Medium body, toffee, biscuit and a hint of roast. Subdued bitterness. Very clean and well made although I would call it a Dunkel - not a Vienna. As it warms you get a little bit of spice in the nose. 280426

Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear copper colour. Peaty, toasty and caramelly with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Rather sweet, where spun sugar interplays with peaty smoke. Mid bitter finish.
