(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 30 Sep 2016) Dark brown colour with brief, foamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of chocolate, coffee and dark bread. Malty, roasted taste with chocolate, coffee, roasted malt and a touch of citrus in a finish with a balanced bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

330ml bottle, 3.5 %, 2016 version, bought at the Saluhall, Basement store, NK. Low, beige head, leaving spotty lacing behind. Brown-red body with a slight haze. Brown malty smell, hints of spices. The flavour character contains moments of mild caramel and liquorice, lightly spiced with ginger and cinnamon. Short-lived ending, hints of citrus peels. Pretty alright for the low abv (Hotel room, Stockholm 27.11.2016).

Sample at SBWF 2016. Hazy dark golden with a small head. A bit tart with cherries, almonds, light bread and notes of lingonberries. The body was on the light side.

Keg at SBWF. Clear copper colour, small head. Caramelly nose with some butter. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Bready and fruity. Fairly low bitterness. Harmonious.

Keg at SBWF. Hazy copper colour, coarse head. Lingonberry and cherry aroma. Mid dry with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Tart woody cherries, some caramel. Low bitterness.

Bottled. A golden beer with a huge orangey head – seems infected. The aroma has notes of brewmash, brett, and malt. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of brett and straw, leading to a dry finish.
