Bottled, from Systembolaget. Almost clear deep amber, mid sized head. Somewhat smokey nose with caramel and grapefruit. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bold ashy, smokey caramel. Mid bitter finish.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 2 Nov 2024) Dark brown colour, almost black, with foamy beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of dark bread, chocolate and roasted grain. Malty, roasted taste with dark bread, chocolate, liquorice, coffee and a mild roasty bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty, harmonious and well balanced. Very nice.

Sample at Palace Hall, Malmö December tasting (14/12/2024) - er sweet malty with some sweet caramel and dark fruit, medium body, vague fruity spiced and malty finish. On tap at Bryggeri Munkbron, Stockholm. Close to black with a modest, tanned head. Mild malty and hoppy with notes of licorice, pine, fruits and herbs. Mild, but pleasant BIPA.
