Description
It’s been said that a vagabond is a wanderer, a nomad with no home. In our case, three American vagabonds found their way to Germany with a shared passion for one thing: beer! Having grown tired of the limited selection and homogeneous taste of domestic beer, the Vagabunds banded together to challenge preconceived notions of what beer should look and taste like. And so, Vagabund Brauerei was born.

Bottle 44 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a white head. Slightly greasy aroma, dusty, yeasty. Light body, quite fizzy, a bit of citrusy, dry fruitiness. Next to no bitterness. Refreshing as such, but very thn. 030323

Can 44 cl. Pours an orangey amber with an off-white head. Fresh, fruity nose. Medium body, lightly sweet with tropical hop accents. Subdued bitterness. Very drinkable. 230223

44cl can. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild roasted coffee beans and pale malt. Taste of mild sweet pale malt, mild coffee, vanilla.

Clear, golden color and a small white head. Strange nose of cooked vegetables, dominating fine coffee aroma. Taste follows the nose.

Deep black-brownish color and a nice white head. Nice nose: roasted malts over piny, fruity hops. Smooth. Nice balance of hoppy bitterness and roasted malts. Piny and citric, followed by decent red fruits.

Almost clear, pale yellow color and a nice white head. Floral-soapy nose, lemon, saltyness. Tart fruity start, lemony, salty, sour finish. No soapy flavors.

Almost clear, dark brownish color and a creamy off-white head. Spicy nose, clove and Orange peel. Taste of cinnamon and nutmeg, orange peel and clove. Really winter-ish on rainy February.

Middle. Clear, brown color and a nice white head. Nose is malty and bready. Taste is nice maltyness, caramel, bready and hints of burnt sugar. Smooth.
