Flaska från SB. Gyllenröd lite amberliknande, klar med gräddigt lågt skum. Anonym men mjuk rökig doft, trä, säd och bröd. Fin smakbild med lite gräddig munkänsla men tunn och med väldigt sparsamma smaker vilket är synd för smakbilden är fin.

Bottle. Has a slightly hazy straw yellow colour with a big white head. Belgian yeast in the aroma along with spices, peppermint, grass, lime and hay. The flavor is similar but with more fruit and Belgian yeast, spices, hay and some lime. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light to medium body. A fresh and fruity saison.

Flaska från SB, årgång 2015. Smak och doft av karamell, mörk torkad frukt, russin, mörkt bröd med toner av sirap. Lagom sötma, fruktig, lite väl stor beska, rund och len.

Can 33 cl. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a small, white head. Very subtle citrus in the nose , a little cat pee - Mosaic? Medium body, lowish carbonation, fruity with a pronounced bitterness bordering astringency. Indeed a wolf in sheep skin. 080217

Can 33 cl. Clear yellow with a white head. Very spicy, perfumy aroma. Medium-bodied, heavy Belgian yeast bordering some astringency, phenollic. Rather bitter finish. If you can deal with the yeastiness it’s actually a fairly good example of a Witbier. 080216

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 7 Oct 2016) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with chocolate, coffee and blueberries. Malty, roasted taste with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, liquorice, blueberries and a balanced roasty bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well made stout. Nice one.

Malty, fruity taste with caramel, dried fruit, raisins and a balanced resiny bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Malty, roasted nose with notes of caramel, burnt sugar, dried fruit, raisins, resin, liquorice and some alcohol. Malty, vinous taste with caramel, dark bread, dried fruit, raisins, prunes, burnt sugar, plums, a touch of Madeira wine and a vinous finish with a mild resiny bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty, warming and harmonious. Has aged really well. Very nice.

Bottled (thanks KS). Yellow colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is some spices, yeast and mild zesty and citrusy notes. Flavour is citrusy, some yeast, mild spices, herbs and quite grassy.

Boks 330ml spandert av Rune. Delt med ham i WCveien 9 Jan 17. Veldig lys gylden. Lavt tett skum som raskt blir film. Aroma av plommer. Smaken tørket frukt. Litt bitter etter hvert.
