Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks troubles. Hazy golden with a white head. Sourish aroma of berries, strawberry, some fruity esters, light rhubarb. Sweetish-tart-bitterish flavor with berries, strawberry, and spiciness. Medium-bodied.

Black color, short head retention. Nice dark malt aroma, chocolatey, a bit smokey. Lean mouthfeel, rather dry; the delicate roasted malt character blends well with a bit of dark chocolate and smoke, and resiny hops. Fresh feeling.

33cl bottle from Systembolaget Västerås - Erikslund, Västerås. (Batch #58) Pours amber to caramel coloured with a minimal, white head. Hoppy, but not very fresh aroma, feels more like old hop juice. Still fairly fruity, with lots of caramel and hints citrus and toffee. Sweet, caramelly and fairly hoppy, to sweet for my liking, but a decent bitterness in the finish makes it bearable. Fair enough, but not something I would buy again.

33cl can from Systembolaget. Pours clear deep golden to amber with a white head. Fairly hoppy aroma with notes of pine, caramel, hints of honey and fruits. Medium sweet with hoppy and caramelly flavours and a medium bitter finish. Medium body with fairly average carbonation. Decent brew.

Draught@SBWF2015. Ambery orange colour with a small beige head. Aroma is nectar, wood, toffee and some mild tropical fruit juice. Flavour is fruity, floral, wooden, resiny and also has some earthy notes.

Bottled@SBWF2015. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, alcohol, toffee and some wood. Flavour is fruity, vanillaish, roasted coffee, some roasted malts and mild sugary notes as well. Balanced, but quite simplistic.

Draught@SBWF2015. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, some floral notes, mild wooden and earthy notes to it as well. Flavour is wheat, citrus, some wood, mild yeast as well as some slight tart notes. Nicely dry palate.
