Bottle (from KCM Pori Mikkola). Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is superb sea buckthorn, and so is the flavour. Intense, but really nice one. Next best thing to drinking and eating actual sea buckthorn berries.

Bottle (from KCM Länsikeskus Turku). Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is grainy, some herbal and mild earthy tones. Flavour is floral, grainy, mild earthy and some herbal tones.

Sample from the plastic bag at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, Helsinki. Color is clear dark brown with very small bubbly head. Aromas and flavors: Grain, juniper, some banana, nice drinkability....

(Poured from a tinfoil bag at Pikkulintu Puotila, 20241215) The beer poured brown and opaque. Its head was small and white. Aroma had toasted malts, juniper, banana and molasses. Palate was medium bodied with no carbonation. Flavours were toasted malts, juniper, molasses, rye malts, banana and light bitterness. Aftertaste had juniper, rye malts and banana. Tasty sahti.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, from the brewery, 20241206) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, honey and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, honey, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had malts, straw and bitterness. Bit unbalanced.

0,33l bottle from K-Supermarket Karikko, enjoyed @ Rantakylä. Pours cloudy purple with a medium head. Aroma is sweet and tart malts with berries. Flavour is sweet and tart malts with berries. Good.

0,33l bottle from K-Supermarket Karikko, enjoyed @ Rantakylä. Pours very dark brown with a high tan head. Aroma is dry roasted malts. Flavor is dry roasted malts with some coffee and hops. Quite good.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch #554, from the brewery, 20241108) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had grass, pine, fruitiness, clove and banana. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, grass, clove, spiciness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy and bitter. A brew with nice hop notes but too thin body.
