(Bottle, 0.33 l, from a cafe, 20241013) The beer poured deep golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, floralness, Belgian style yeast, grass and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, Belgian style yeast, floralness, honey, biscuits, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, spicy and bitter. A nice hoppy brew with spicy yeast.

Golden colour, small white head. Sweetish aroma with birch leaves hoppyness. Light-bodied. Malty, hayish, caramalty, some harsh notes. Could be dryer.

Hazy golden colour, small white head. Grassy dry aroma. Light-bodied. Grassy, fizzy, malts, noteable funkyness. Probably too old.

33 cl bottle @ Kymijoki Beer Festival 2024 Aroma has leathery notes, some tar and mild sweet malt notes. Flavour has tar, some leathery notes. finishes dry with lingering leather and minerals. Good and easy-going.

Plastic bag @ Dom Mikkeli Aroma has floury tones and some sweet malt in background. Flavour has juniper, sweet malt, caramel. Lingering juniper and floury tones. Alcohol is present but does not disturb - it becomes more evident after some sips though. A solid sahti strong on juniper.

33cl bottle at home. Poured clear and light golden in color. Malty aroma and flavors, grainy. Some birch detectable. Kinda stuffy, not the easiest drinkability here.

Draught @ Vilja Beerfest 2024 Aroma has roasted malt and chocolate. Foamy palate. Flavour has chocolate, sweet malt and harsh maltiness. Clean and solid doppelbock.
