(Bottle 50 cl) Bottle # 98 of 590. Hazy, orangey brown with an off-white head. Lightly tart caramel aroma. Medium body with sweetish caramel and then a lightly tart finish. A classical infected Samsø - again. 290407

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, warm, dark amber golden with a small, off-white head. A bit low in carbonation. Lovely aroma of caramel and roasted malt - very Bockish in fact. Medium body with sweetish notes of caramel and some fruit. A fairly high residual sweetness. This feels very, very much like a Dunkler Bock. The most decent beer from Samsø for a long, long time. Now keep up the spirit. 190407

50 cL bottle. Pours black with good brown and creamy head. Aroma is sweet, slight fruity and roasted malt almost coffee like. Taste is sweet malty followed by a subdued bitterness and a citric note. Flavour has good roasted malts as expected from a stout. Ends rather caramelmalt-sweet. Lucky me that this wasn’t infected :)
