ABV: 5.1%. Clear medium amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, meat, smoke, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, caramel, smoke, meat - wood, medium dry, bread touch. Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque brown with a small, beige head. Fat and intense Bamberg smoke aroma. Rich, malty toffeeish body with solid bacon smoke. Lowish carbonation. Subdued bitterness. Quite an authentic Smoked beer Bamberg style. 170124

Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is smoked wood, mild rye bready tones with some slight toffee and mild wooden tones. Flavour is floral, some meaty smoked tones with a bit of Tervaleijona. Smooth, and nicely growing smoke.

Djupt bärnstensfärgad vätska med tunt finbubbligt skumlock. Arom av tjärpastill, rökta charkuterier, fruktkaka och rågbröd. Tydlig maltig sötma som balanseras av en bra rökighet och en mild neutral beska.
