Aroma of rye bread, caramel, malt, yeast, ripe banana, herbal and spiced notes. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Enjoyed this more than expected.

50cl swing top bottle. A clear golden beer with beige lacing. Aroma of pumpkin spices, cinnamon, pale malt. Taste of pumpkin spices, cinnamon, pale malt.

Bottle from Rhoihessegold as part of Euro Secret Santa 2020 winter edition, thanks. Malty aroma and taste, caramel, light roasty notes, light to medium bitter. Light to medium body, malty caramel bitter finish. Ok.

500ml bottle. Clear, redd-ish, brown colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Toasty, spicy, minimally bready, malty and yeasty fruity as well as yeasty spicy aroma, hints of clove and banana, a touch of nut and dark bread, pumpernickel. Taste is dry, minimally tart-ish, bready and spicy malty, minimally fruity and spicy yeasty, a touch of clove and banana, some dark bread, a subtle sweetness, a diluted touch of treacle, pumpernickel. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Dunkelweizen-like, nice combination of malty and yeasty spiciness - not bad.

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, orangey, pale golden colour with huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally sweet-ish, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity aroma, hints of dried banana, banana bread, leafy hoppy overtones, a minimally spicy, dusty, yeasty touch as well. Taste is rather dry, wheaty malty, grassy and minimally citrusy hoppy, yeasty fruity and minimally dusty and peppery, yeasty spicy, hints of dried banana, a lemon dash. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Rather spicy, not that banana dominated - good.

500ml bottle. Poures initially as pure foam, a clear golden beer appears under an absurdely huge, frothy, white head. Earthy grainy, and minimally pungent, yeasty spicy aroma, notes of spelt, husk, herbal-floral overtones, a touch of rye crisp bread. Taste is minimally earthy, grainy, malty with a waxy and soapy touch, hints of spelt, a touch of husk and hay, floral overtones. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, surprisingly soft and fine carbonation. Nice, earthy, grainy flavours, nice explication of Dinkel, but insufficiently crafted; or, less negatively verbalised, could be a nice alternative to a Weissbier, but needs some improvement concerning appearance and frothing especially.

500ml bottle. Clear, chestnut colour with ruby shimmer and average, frothy, slowly diminishing, moderately lacing, off-white head. Yeasty fruity, grassy hoppy and slightly toasty, malty aroma, hints of hay, a dusty, yeasty touch, minimally soapy hints of chestnut, a touch of cherry, red and dark berries, some caramel. Taste is sweet-ish and minimally tart-ish, toasty and nutty, dark malty, slightly yeasty fruity, hints of nuts, chestnut, red berries, a touch of cherry and morello, caramel, subtle yeasty spiciness. Slightly oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft carbonation. Well balanced, mild, nice subtleties - good.

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish golden colour with huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Floral-grassy, minimally dusty, yeasty spicy and pale malty aroma. Taste is dry, mildly bitter, floral-grassy hoppy, minimally dusty, yeasty spicy, minimally biscuity, pale malty with little residual sweetness, a cautious fruity touch of mirabelle and apricot. Watery texture, dry palate, medium to macropore, prickly to lively carbonation. Nice composition, light, refreshing, quite overcarbonated though - decent.

Herber, angenehm gewürzter Beginn. Malzig, moderat nach Kürbis, die Gewürznoten nehmen ab. Ingwer ist nie erkennbar, Zimt nur kurz zu Beginn. Die Herbe steigt dagegen leicht an, zum Ende auch leicht bitter. Okay. 9/9/9/8/8/9

Vollmundig malziger Beginn mit deutlichem Hopfenaroma. Trockene Röstnoten mit wenig Schokolade, spritzig, leicht unterdurchschnittlich karbonisiert. Mild bitter, konstant malzig auf hohem Level, langer Abgang. Gut. 9/11/11/11/7/11
