03-10-19 // clearish amber. A bit too high carbonation. Malty. Rye maybe a little. Solid.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass very cloudy, small head. Starts malty, quite yeasty, spicy, some herbal notes. Dry background. Finish malty and dry. Not bad.

Bottle from Rewe in Saulheim. Sweetish Weizen-like beginning. Highly carbonated and quite dry. The earthy rye is there, clove, grain, cellar. Better than the "Weizen", but not too deep.

A slightly sweet aroma with some yeast smell; mild taste; ultimate flavour reminiscent of weizen with a little less body.

Bottle courtesy of bierkrug, thanks! Muddy brown color, scant tan head. Aroma of caramel bubblegum. Taste is sourdough rye bread. Interesting.
