Draught Black, with hints at red highlights; no head left. Freshly burnt coffee, unidimensional doesn’t even start to describe it. Even some smoked malt - I think. Smoked ham, in a good way in the taste. There’s some caramel, but not much. Could live with this taste. Finishes sweetish. Medium to well bodied, stout acidity only shows in the aftertaste. By far the best of this off-street micro/pub brewery I sampled. Thanks to DGS for bringing me in.

Draught Red-foxy ale; small but dense head. Nice but discreet hops smell, like an UK bitter, ending however sweet. Müesli, mixed with bittering hops, for no reason but "big". No aroma proper of hops. Some background malts, all the same, slightly sweet; Quite dry, even having a dry-out effect in the long term. Under better circumstances, quite drinkable pale ale, but a bit stereotypic.

Draught Clear amber; small off-white head, leaving some lace. Very little nose, except some quite fresh-smelling (rather than dry) hops. Another "delayed action" bitterness IPA. But this time not because of some overacting hops, but because there’s no malt to support it. Some strange retronasal flavour, my drinking companion speaks of creosote... Unbalanced to the extreme. Not just as a small brew pub, it’s pretty generic: unbalanced.

Might have been much better if the hops had ripened a little. Very ''Green'' hop nose and palate with medium finish.
