Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2016 [ The 41th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 9th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Trinity Hop & Under ].Clear medium yellow - amber orange colour with a average, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cookie, pale malt, sweet malt, carmael. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, cookie. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161013] 6-3-5-3-12
