Description
Located in a former church, our brewpub serves the same public function as its predecessor; to spread the gospel... of Craft Beer. In addition to our bar/craft beer organ we have a fully functional brewery with a 500L brewing capacity, a craft beer store and our own Stanis Lounge looking out on the very centre of the city of Enschede.

0.33 l bottle from ’De Bierkoning’, best before April 2017. Hazy, pale yellow with an annoyingly large, dense, stable, white head. Fruity and yeasty-spicy aroma of banana, cloves, citrus and honeydew. Sweetish, fruity and yeasty-spicy taste of banana, cloves, citrus, a bit of vanilla and some honeydew, followed by a short, slightly bitter, yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, very effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Very tasty and refreshing, but way too much carbonation, even for the style. Still quite good though!
