Vom Faß auf der Craft-Bier-Schau „Handgemacht“, Berlin, 22.5.2016. - Helles Zitronengelb, schön trüb, sahniger Schaum. - In der Nase angenehm milde aber aromatische Zitronen- oder Grapefruitschale. - Antrunk weich zitronig und schön grasig herb. Nicht zu bitter. Mild rezent, weich und sahnig, leicht mineralisch im Mund. - Das Ziel, ein leichtes und doch aromatisches Bier zu brauen, wurde hier voll erreicht. Unkompliziert, sehr aromatisch und enorm süffig.
