Draught. Mild bread aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Small off-white head. The flavour is mildly malty. Good mouthfeel, but perhaps a little thin for the style.

Draught. Mild roasted aroma. Very dark brown colour. Very small tan head. The flavour is nicely malty with a good bitterness to balance. Good spicy hop flavour as well. More of a mild porter than a stout.

On tap. Pours an almost clear dark amber with a small off-white head. The nose has some overripe fruit bordering noble rot. Medium body, lowish carbonation, very malt forward, a little caramel and a dry hoppy finish. Calling this a Bock is stretching the style quite a bit. 100512
