Beer exploded out of the bottle after opening, lots and lots of foaming. Aroma is rather offensive with sourish berries, hay and nutty notes. Flavour has nettles, gooseberry bush, berries typical to Danish ales, nuts and some tart woody notes. What is this shit? Not an Abbey Tripel anyway.

Aroma has mint and some grassy notes. Rather foamy palate. Flavour has mint, herbs, grassy notes, nettles and distant spicy notes. Not your typical pilsener.

Aroma has soapy citrus, some apricot and yeasty notes. Flavour has coriander, citrus, yeasty notes, some citrus and wheat. Yeasty stuff, quite close to a Belgian witbier.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Honey and mango notes. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate. Strange but qute nice.

FC Nordsjælland vs. Chelsea FC Champions League football night tasting in Odense, October 2012. Gusher. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of grapefruit peel and yeast. Sweet malty flavour with lots of yeast and a touch of spice.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy wet cardboard aroma. Sweetish malty spicy grainy flavor. Has a sweetish malty spicy weak yeasty finish.
