Flaske fra Irma Nørreport, i Kongens Have juli-14: en interessant og god, litt annerledes øl med fin bitterhet og munnfylde. Fruktig bitterhet nå med litt karamell/maltsødme. Lett og fin ettersmak. Et vellykket ølvalg til storbandmusikken servert av Copenhagen Jazz Festival. Økologisk malt og humle.

Bottle @ Home. Pours golden with a huge white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, herbs, grass. Flavor is malt, little sweet, light biscuit, grassy hops. Medium body, soft carbonation. 100313

Aroma has mint and some grassy notes. Rather foamy palate. Flavour has mint, herbs, grassy notes, nettles and distant spicy notes. Not your typical pilsener.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Honey and mango notes. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate. Strange but qute nice.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, Oktober 2012. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy head. Lots of green apples, yeast and alcohol. Medium to thin body.

FC Nordsjælland vs. Chelsea FC Champions League football night tasting in Odense, October 2012. Gusher. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of grapefruit peel and yeast. Sweet malty flavour with lots of yeast and a touch of spice.

50 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light caramelish. Flatmalty, light plastic and toasted malty. Vague caramelish. Bitter and light toasted malty finish.
