La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di amaro. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia rossa e spezie.

gefunden in einem Supermarkt in Triest Anfang des Jahres. Ein recht herbes IPA, das aber auch eine gewisse Malzigkeit 🍰 hat. Recht schwer, dafür aber auch sehr vollmundig 🌕. Ein nettes Bio-Bierchen, das schön gestaltet ist und einen eigenen Charakter hat, aber vom Aromenspiel Luft nach oben hat.

Bottle@HBF2010. Amber colour with a small foamy off-white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is grass, citrus, some caramel and mild wood to it. Flavour is nutty with some vanilla, alcohol, grassy and citrusy tones as well as some caramel and fudge.
