Odense spring time specialties night at Dolle. MHT 04 11 12. Cloudy amber with a big white head. Grainy malt aroma with phenolic, yeasty off-notes. Sweet malty flavou with a yeasty off-note, not unlike a hint of laquer.

Bottle @ Odense Late March Tasting, 2012. Pours cloudy amber with a frothy white head. Extremely phenolic nose. Yeast, rubber, candy and liquorice. Flavor likewise. Medium bodied.

Bottled. A hazy red beer with a thin lazing tan head - brown ale? The aroma has notes of grain, malt, and wet hay. The flavor is sweet with notes of wet hay, minerals, and a bit of caramel, leading to a slightly bitter finish. Boring.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ Fastelavn Smagning - Carnival Tasting - Ulfborg ].Clear medium yellow - amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, toasted - caramel, dusty, apple. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, rubber, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120218]
