330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with average, dense, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Strawy, minimally spicy, pale malty aroma, slightly earthy, grassy hoppy counterpart. Taste is slightly spicy, minimally strawy, pale malty and mildly bitter, slightly citrusy fruity and grassy hoppy, hints of lemon, lemongrass, a touch of apricot and protein.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and slightly dry palate, medium to fine, dense, creamy-foamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Surprisingly citrusy fruity hoppy taste, initially no signs of that in the nose; clean, fairly refreshing - nice.

Slightly strawy, pale malty and minimally citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, a touch of lemon peel. Taste is mildly bitter, citrusy fruity hoppy and slightly biscuity, minimally strawy, pale malty, hints of lemon, lemon peel, a touch of lemon biscuit and salty cracker.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Clean, citrusy, refreshing - very nice.

Sweetish, slightly malty and gently fruity aroma of caramel, sultanas, dried apricot and light honey. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral taste of caramel, some bread, light honey, sultanas and dried apricot, followed by a short, moderately, minimally grassy-spicy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Tasty Märzen, not cloying or monotonous but nicely fruity and fresh.

Sweetish, rather fruity, a little grassy-spicy aroma of melon, apricot, a touch of grains and hints of straw. Gently sweet, minimally bitter, quite fruity and a little grassy-spicy taste of melon, apricot, some grains and a touch of straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a bit grassy-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Pleasant, rather quaffable Lager, nicely hoppy-fruity.

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop. Clear, very dark ruby with a thin, frothy, stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity aroma of caramel, nuts, chocolate and some raisins. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, minimally roasty and slightly fruity taste of caramel, nuts, chocolate and some raisins, followed by a short, slightly bitter, minimally roasty and maybe a little herbal-resiny finish. Medium to full body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very solid Doppelbock, maybe too sweet, didn't really get the spruce unfortunately.

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop as 'Canoe Hop 5 Summertime Pale Ale' at 5.3% abv and 35 IBU (Magnum, Amarillo, Cascade, Perle). Almost clear, pale golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral and slightly grassy aroma of lemon peel, pineapple and light grains. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently fruity-floral and slightly grassy taste of lemon peel, pineapple, some lychee and a touch of grains, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite dry and slightly grassy finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. A nice summer ale indeed, quite light and refreshing.

Sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy and minimally fruity-floral aroma of grains, straw and traces of citrus. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently grassy-spicy and minimally fruity-floral taste of grains, straw, light honey and hints of citrus, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly grassy-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Solid Lager, clean and quaffable.

Minimally sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy aroma of grains, some hay and hints of lemon peel. Minimally sweet, slightly bitter, gently grassy-spicy taste of grains, some hay, very light lemon peel and the faintest touch of honey, followed by a short, quite bitter, dry finish. Medium body, very smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Classic, well-balanced but not very aromatic Pilsener.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Canoe 82┃02 Belgian IPA ].Clear light medium orange yellow with a amber grey color, with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, flowers, meadow, moderate yeasty, belgium yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, minerals, belgium yeast, sweet yeast, flowers - meadow. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Hopfig hefiger Antrunk. Nachdem die Hopfigkeit etwas abgeflacht ist wirkt die starke, ziemlich trockene Hefigkeit überraschend, Nuancen von Zitrus, schnell grasig herb werdend. Weich, süffig, etwas dumpf. Insgesamt okay. 9/10/8/8/10/8
