Bottled. Black colour mediumsized slightly off-white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is liquorice, anise, some salted liquorice and mild chocolaty and toasted notes. Flavour is roasted malts, some liquorice, star anise, salted liquorice and mild chocolaty tones. Somewhat bitter. A bit out of balance.

Bottled@SBWF. Hazy golden colour with a small foamy white head. Aroma is green apple skins, some lemongrass and mild biscuity tones. Flavour is biscuty malts, some green apple skins and mild bready notes. Intense yes, and quite one dimensional, but one of the better working apple beers i've had.

@SBWF2018. Slightly hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is floral hops, some grass, mild herbs and quite nice tropical fruity tones to it. Flavour is floral, fruity, nectary with some sweet malts and mild toffee to it. Pleasant.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 6 Oct 2022) Golden yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, cereal, hay, popcorn and herbal hops. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of bread, cereal, grass, citrus and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Interesting, with a nice herbal hop character. Nice one.

Malty, roasted taste with chocolate, coffee, dark bread, a touch of liquorice and a balanced roasty bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced porter. Quite nice.

Malty, roasted taste with notes of dark bread, coffee, chocolate, wood, vanilla and a mild roasty bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Smooth and creamy texture. Tasty and well balanced porter. Nice one.

Nice one.
