Nobody’s ever gonna go crazy for a kolsch, I guess. But this works. Light nose hints at hops, somewhat lemony, somewhat dusty, very mild floral hints. More body than expected, a nice medium rounded sweet breadiness, almost a little too sweet really, which isn’t great for the "refreshing character" I think this beer is aiming for. Hints of lemon candy in the aftertaste. Bright gold, clear.

Bottle at the RBWG 2015 Grand Tasting. Pours clear russet with a bubbly, white head. Real nice ripe fruit aroma, with bread in there as well. Medium to big sweet flavour, with rich toffee and creamy, overripe fruits. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Balanced sugary fruit in the finish, more toffee. Excellent stuff.

12 oz can poured. Had to do a double take on this can to make sure it was a beer. Definitely unique in appearance and taste. Pours very cola like. Rapid fade fizz head. Aroma is a big chocolate dessert, with a tiny bit of mint. Flavor is tasty milk chocolate, hints a bready malt. Cool, minty finish. Worked nicely for a pre-noon beer. Good stuff.

Pours cloudy orangish color. Aromas of tropical fruit and wheat. Passion fruit and mango flavors with some wheat. Medium body with moderate carbonation.
