Clear red ale, thin head. Bugger all aroma, maybe a dab of malt. Flavour is sweet and fruit. Apple or something like that. A bit of caramel and some hop in the finish. Not special but thoroughly decent.

Clear golden ale, bubbly white head. Light zesty aroma. Flavour is tangy citrus, a bit of bitter grassy hop. Follows through into the aftertaste nicely too. It does pretty much the same as what many pales of this type aim for but it actually holds its flavour as opposed to descending into a watery nothing. Solid

Sample@GBBF2018, London, with the Malmö crew - amber pour with a beige head. Toasted and sweet bready malty, some caramel, nutty accents, medium to light body, slight grassy, twiggy and herbal hoppy bitter finish.

Cask at The Redgarth. It pours clear golden with a medium bubbly white head. The aroma is quite fresh, floral, daisies, freshly laundered clothes, straw, touch of doughy white bread a d toasty grain. The taste is quite clean, light, dry, bitter, rather, floral, daisies, straw, grass, lemon peel, touch of liquorice root and some toasty grain. Light body and soft / light carbonation. Great condition as usual from the Redgarth. Quite a light floral ale, which perhaps lacks wow but sure drinks easy.

Cask at the GBBF 2018 day 5 11/08/2018. A clear light copper coloured pour with a a beige head. Aroma is tangy green apple, mellow sour, raisin, flavour is composed of semi sweet nutty malts, raisin, simple bitter. Basic. Palate is light tang, chalk, ok.

Cask @ The Sandpiper. Clear golden. Citric, quite some biscuit, lemonade. Smooth and subdued bitterness.

On cask in a pub. Appearance - amber with a nice fluffy head. Nose - oranges then caramel biscuits. Taste - more caramel biscuits. Into chocolate even. Some citrus but you have to mine for it. Palate - close to medium bodied with a crunchy texture. Dry crunch and sweetness going on for the finish. Overall - decent bitter. Plenty going on.
