Clear light yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, green apples, sugary apples, apple peel, light artificial. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, green apples, apple skin - peel, artificial. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20161008] 5-2-5-3-8

Bottle at Aarhus tasting. Pours almost colourless with a small white head. Aroma of acidic apple juice with touch of caramel. Very sharp. Not nice.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place.No head. Color is pale yellow, close to water. Aroma and taste are green apples, fruit juice, citrus and has a light stale finish.

Bottle, fizzy head, cloudy pale yellow color, aroma and flavor of apples, sulphur and some leather, slight alcoholic overtones in the flavor, extremely dry. Drinkable and interesting but also harsh and unrefined.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Max’s place. Slightly hazy very pale golden, lighter than white wine. Aroma of apples, somewhat vinous, with some sulphur and a bit of alcohol. Dry flavor, with faint sweetness, light tartness, apples, kinda vinous, with some sulphur, and a slightly bitterish finish. Well-carbonated. A bit too vinous and alcoholic, but still OK.
