On tap at the brewery, pours a murky pineapple gold, sudsy white head. Nose of melon, raw orange, pineapple and sour sop. Flavor follows. Very orange. Fruity, tart finish. 7 3 7 3 13

On tap at the brewery, pours a murky peach color, white head. Whoa. Huge jammy nose. Peach cobbler. Apples too. Apricots. No strawberry in sight. Flavor has the strawberry, but its soda and fruit roll up. Apricot jam. Lime here. Finishes lightly tart, lightly prickly. 8 4 7 3 14

$4.05 pint can, The Wine Source. Pours murky golden with a small, frothy off-white head. Aroma is lemon zest, hay, earth, yeast, general citrus. Good flavor of orange peel, hay, earth, green leaf, yeast, glue.

16oz can pours a translucent sunset orange with plenty of frothy, white head. Nose has raw pineapple, grapefruit, orange, some cheese curd, some hot sauce, some booze. Flavor has a lot of pineapple schnapps, some horseradish even, harsh grapefruit and white orange. Finishes astringent, hot with bitterness and alcohol. 7 4 7 3 13

16oz can pours a pulpy orange with some white head. Nice nose, fruity and floral, tangerines, melon, mango, some light pith, some soap. Flavor has a little limey bitterness, some malt or oats, orange creamcicle, tangerine, mango. Finishes lightly bitter, almost full bodied. 8 3 7 4 14

12oz can pours a lightly hazy burnt orange with some white head that faded fast. Nose has grain, buckwheat tea, yeast, some herbs. Flavor is very gristy, biscuits, more buckwheat, orange here, honey too, herbs. Finishes fuller than 6.5% lets on. 7 3 8 3 13
