Flaske 330ml fra Eurospar Tomasjord.Lys gyldenbrun. Høyt skum som daler sakte. Smaken lett fruktig med en malltig bakgrunn. Litt tynn men en bra tørsteslukker.Vel mye kullsyre. Hadde sikkert passet fint til mat.

Flaske 330ml på Skarven 27 Feb 16. Servert i Lofotpils-glass! Amber. Høyt luftig skum som daler sakte. Lett krydret aroma. Smaken lett søt. Minner om julekaker & marsipan. Krydderet ligger under hele tida. En anelse mandler underveis. Fin julestemning. Lett tørr ettersmak. Uklar siste kvelling. Litt bunnfall igjen på flaska.

Flaske 330ml på Skarven 27 Feb 16. Strågul. Lavt kritthvitt luftig skum. Mye bobler fra bunnen. Lett bananaroma. Antydning til gjær. Smaken som aromaen. Passe tørr. Kunne vært et bra hveteøl men det er skjemmet av altfor mye kullsyre.

Big bubbly mediumlasting head, light straw colored. Aroma is dry grainy, weeds, dried grain, minerals, paper, hay, grass, old leafs, cereal, boiled vegetables. Taste is harsh grainy, weeds, hay, dried grain, minerals, bark, paper, soap, soil. Medium bitterness, harsh mineraly and watery mouthfeel. Crap!

33cl bottle from Meny Oslo City. Pours clear golden with a small, but fairly decent, white head. Mild fruity aroma with ripe apples and hints of tropical fruits and citrus, some honey and malt. Moderate to medium sweet with very mild hoppy flavours, some bitterness and a rather short aftertaste. Besides the fruitiness and some more bitterness it’s not to much difference from a decent pale lager. Nothing bad, but not to much good about it either, but drinkable enough, just utterly boring.

Bottle. Almost clear in the glass, dark golden in color and with a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma is grainy and cardboardy, with some sourdough and a faint fruityness. It’s medium bodied, semi-dry and softly carbonated, with a caramel, bready flavor and some grass and fruityness. Hay. Long finish. Not much interesting going on here, and nothing related to Christmas. 160213

Pours clear deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain, caramel, bread and grass. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long bready, grassy, caramel and grainy finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is kind of sour-ish grainy, weeds, wet grain, sour caramel, grass, dark sugar, almond essence, cereal. Taste is harsh boozy, weeds, metal tank, alcohol, caramel malts, dark sugar, almond essence, medicine, sour caramel. Medium bitterness, boozy and medical mouthfeel. Crap!
