Burk från SB. Klar guldig med vitt skum. Välhumlad klassisk västkust-IPA med massor av kåda, färska granskott, citrusskal och skalbeska. Bra tryck i beskan och nästan lite klibbig känsla på tungan av humlen. Gott!

Canned, from Systembolaget. Almost clear pale golden, small head. Mild grassy nose. Dry with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Bready and fruity, drier than most Helles, but also with less malt softness. Low-medium bitterness. Good effort, good intentions. Drinkable and fairly pleasant as is.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 8 Feb 2018) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Roasted, malty, slightly roasted nose with black coffee, liquorice, dark chocolate and a touch of rum. Malty, roasted taste with notes of liquorice, sweet espresso, dark chocolate and a slightly vinous finish with a generous coffee bitterness and a warming touch of bourbon or rum. Full body, creamy mouthfeel. A certain sweetness coming through. Powerful and warming imperial stout with lots of coffee and some spirit (bourbon, rum) notes. Very nice.
