Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting, my house. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are rich caramel, fruits, burnt sugar, toasted malt and hops.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy dark amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and dark sugar. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish. 211115

Dark copper colored beer with off-white head. In aroma there’s chocolate, some bread and plum. Medium sweetness, low bitterness. Low carbonation, rocky texture.

500ml bottle. Near clear, red-brownish coloured body Low beige head, good lacing. Dark roasted malts and dried fruity aromas. Malt-fruity taste in the direction of mid-sweet jam. Mild roasted ending. Tolerable sweet. Fine bodied. Slow sipper qualities (shared with djoeye and Skinnyviking, Tromsø 16.01.2015).

Many thanks to kevnic2008. Malty-rosasted start. The mainpart is roasted-dry, fresh, for 7.8% noch too sweet and not alcoholic. Nice body. The aftertaste is roasted dry, slightly malty, nice bittered.
