Vielen Dank an Erzengel! Klare orangegoldene Farbe, geringe weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch nussig, reife Früchte, Karamellmalz. Geschmack karamellig, nussig, leicht fruchtig, kaum herb, gut!

1l bottle from the brewery, best before 14.04.15. Sweetish-smooth nose, not too much carbonation. Smooth and slightly grainy beginning. Fresh, not too deep, highly drinkable. Nearly no bitterness, nice caramel hints and very soft. Smooth and soft palate, fresh, hints of grain and caramel sugar. Nice and slightly dry ending.

Malzig-dunkler Antrunk. Frisch mit leichter Malzbonbon-Süße. Kaum Herbe vorhanden, Malzig mit irgendwie komischer süße. Nett, nicht zu tief, sehr süffig.

Pours an orange color, slightly hazed, lots of lacing. Malty aroma, flour, white bread. Soft grassy hops.

Pours a red-brown color with medium beige head. Roasted malt in aroma. Taste roasted malt coffee.

Mild malziger, kurz süßlicher Antrunk. Dann etwas trocken, geringe Schokoladennoten. Zum Ende steigt diese Note, das Bier wird angenehm würzig, bleibt aber zu trocken. 12/10/8/9/9/10

Bottle 100 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours an almost clear deep amber with a frothy off-white head. Lovely caramel aroma combined with some flowery hops. Medium body, roasty, burned caramel with a whiff of smoke and a good hoppy finish. 200711
