Cask at Small Bar, Bristol, 02/02/19. Mid brown with a decent beige cap. Nose is fruit cake, syrup, melted brown sugars, light cinammon. Taste comprises caramel, dried fruits, brown sugars, toffee, sweet malts,maple syrup on pancakes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Fun flavoursome brown if a touch on the sweet side.

On-tap in The George & Dragon, Acton on 29th Jan 2019. Hazy golden body, white topping. Bitter hops rule the roost here, not much more to say except I liked it!

Cask at the Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Dark brown pour with a beige head. Nose of caramel, treacle toffee, chocolate milkshake. Caramel, toffee, brown sugar, milky coffee and butter flavours. Malty sweet finish.

Cask-conditioned at the Gryphon, Bristol 18/1/2019. Almost black in colour, with a tight, tan, head. Plain chocolate, maple syrup sweetness, a touch of coffee and a boozy, slight sweet, finish. An enjoyable stout.

From keg at Ale Emorium, Bristol, Gloucestershire, on tour with OGJ and EE 03.01.19. Hazy pale yellow. Small head. Aroma and taste of lemon juice, grapefruit juie, lemon and lime marmalade and lychee. Refreshing!

From cask at The Pint Shop, Oxford, Oxfordshire, on tour to 22 southern counties with OGJ and EE 03.01.19. Cloudy golden. White head. Aroma and taste of overripe mangos, rotting tangerines, marmalade and tamarind. Somwhat unfresh aftertaste.

[ As New Bristol Homebrew Loser Soup ].Murky matt medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, custard, moderate hoppy, citrus, frutiy, mango. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, custard, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity hops, fruity, mango. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. 4.2% cask gravity at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Lots of tropical fruit. Good in mouth light bitterness good juicy tropical fruit. OK.
