Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy brown with a beige head - very fizzy pour, semi gushing. Lactic acid in the nose - just like most Ysta bee. Subtle roast and caramel. Thinning body, that rustic tartness slight roast and caramel. Subdued bitterness. What a sad Christmas. 200626

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear reddish/orangey brown with a beige head. Aroma of Xmas spices, almost medicinal. Medium body, again Xmas spices but dominated of what appears like a distinct, lactic tartness. Reminds me of all the infected Ystad beers from back then. 280426

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, nutty brown with an orange hue and a lacing, beige head. Nutty, caramelly nose with that Ystad 'Färsköl' house character that is slightly tart. Medium body, nutty, slightly roasty and slightly tart. No real bitterness. 280426
