Description
My name is Craig, together with my wife Karen and my brother Chris, we have been making cider for years for friends and family, all from apples grown locally around the historic orchard county of Armagh. In 2008 I decided to take a big step and become an artisan cider maker, bringing our handcrafted Armagh cider to the public in the form of Toby's Handcrafted Cider.

@ GBBF2014. Lots of fruity ripe sweet apples in the nose. Brown in colour. The cider starts smooth, fresh. quite smooth, sweet. Not much tannin here, not much deepness. The aftertaste is smooth, not too deep, ripe sweet apples but still not too sweet, so still highly drinkable. Nice easy drinking cider!

500ml bottle, no date. The cider starts smooth and dry. Slightly tart and fruity. The mainpart is fruity, slightly winey, smooth with only hints of tartness. The aftertaste is a bit juicy-appley, fruity and easy to drink.
Nice cider, but for me it could have been a bit more tart and cider-typical, not sp "juicy". --> 10/12/9/10

Many thanks for this bottle to Beersiveknown. Pale and hazy yellow. Apple aroma with some wood. Sweetish flavour with an unpleasant bitterness.
