On cask at SRAF. Appearance - very pale yellow. Nose - apple skin and tart apples. Taste - lovely sweet and sour apples. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - another good cider.

[ As Tobys Festival Scrumpy (4) ].Hazy - murky medium yellow - amber orange color with a small, open and fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, sugary - candy alike apples, honey - nectar. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, sweet apples, red apples, sugary - candy, light tart apple notes, medium dry.
