Sample at GABF 10/05/2019, thanks to kathryneels for assistance with note-taking. Hazy reddish-copper color with a thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Short strings of lace. Strawberry, citrus and wheat aroma. Light-bodied with flavors of strawberry, lime, wheat and malt. The finish is mildly tart with a strawberry and lime aftertaste. Above average overall.

Pint at the Colorado Springs location of Oskar Blues. Pours black, with a small, khaki head. Mild coffee, anise, walnuts, and earth. Sweet and malty, with a mild bitterness. Light to medium body, with a smooth, clean palate. This is a pretty nice, malty porter.

[ As Crow Hop Kaleidoscope ].Clear medium orange color with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, sweet malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, tart fruit, pineapples, sharp, rubber - plastix notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, tropical fruit, plastic, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150227]
