Description
At Yellow Springs Brewery, we brew exceptional beer every day in every batch. Founded in 2013, today we produce multiple core and packaged brands along with dozens of innovative seasonal beers. They can be found in restaurants and pubs in the Dayton and Columbus areas and in our taproom in Yellow Springs.

We believe that art gives life and that we flourish in play (especially outdoors). We’re committed to paying it forward because we are only as strong as our community. We make our own rules (and we break them). In crafting truth to power, we hope to launch a peaceful revolution.

Sample at Daily Growler Powell. Cloudy yellow-orange color with a medium ivory white head that diminishes gradually to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of herbal hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of grassy hop, citrus, malt and herbal yeast. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at Porch Growler. Brown-black pour with a medium tan head that recedes steadily to a dense film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of malt, chocolate and coffee. Light-bodied with flavors of roast malt, mild chocolate and coffee. The finish is semi-sweet and creamy with a chocolate malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at Jackie O's as part of Ohio Brew Week on 07/13/2018. Hazy orange-gold color with a medium thin white head that dissipates steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lace. Yeast, hops and citrus in the nose. Medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, herbal yeast, spice and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a floral hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at 101 Beer Kitchen Westerville. Hazy yellow-orange color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily to a film. Strings of lacing. Aroma of floral hops, fruit and malt. Light to medium-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, citrus and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a lingering fruity hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at Daily Growler UA during the "3rd Annual Infusapalooza (TM) + Taquitos Food Pop-Up" event on 05/11/2018. Clear pale orange color with a thin white head that recedes quickly to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of sweet berry, wheat and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of sweet blackberry, corn, wheat and bready malt. The finish is wheaty with a subtle berry aftertaste. Decent overall.
