Lane @ Piwna Stopa. Barwa pomiędzy żółcią i pomarańczem, lekko zmętnione. Piana zniknęła bardzo szybko. W aromacie nuty kefirowe i cytrynowe. W smaku kwaśne aż twarz wykręca. Sól czuć, ale słabo - odkłada się na ustach. Goryczki brak. Nie moja bajka, trudno ocenić obiektywnie.

From tap. Pours hazy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is sour. Fruity. Minerals. Sourish. Fruity. Slight salty. Citric adn sourish finish.

Sampled @ Festival Dobrego Piwa Wroclaw 2017. Leicht trübes goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch ist floral fruchtig, hefig, leicht säuerlich. Geschmack ist leicht säuerlich, salzig fruchtig, floral fruchtig.

Deep brown, ruby highlights. Minimal ivory head. Low retention. The nose is roast, smoke, peat. Medium body. The taste follows the aroma. Juniper is not really present. Only a touch of mint-like freshness is there. My first Sahti. Should it be like that? A new experience is postponed.
