Sampled @ Festival Dobrego Piwa Wroclaw 2017. Leicht trübes goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch ist floral fruchtig, hefig, leicht säuerlich. Geschmack ist leicht säuerlich, salzig fruchtig, floral fruchtig.

On tap. Hazy. Aroma: a little wildly + fruits and malt. Taste: malty, a bit fruity, pear, apple, a little spice.

Bottle. Cloudy amber color. Aroma: zest, coriander, a little weird, citrus. Taste: wildly, spicy, citrus, salty.

Deep brown, ruby highlights. Minimal ivory head. Low retention. The nose is roast, smoke, peat. Medium body. The taste follows the aroma. Juniper is not really present. Only a touch of mint-like freshness is there. My first Sahti. Should it be like that? A new experience is postponed.

On tap. Cloudy straw-yellow color. Aroma: phenols and esters, citrus, grapefruit. Taste: citrus, grapefruit, fruits, peel, aspirin.

Draught in Jabeerwocky. Pale colour, hazy, almost no head. Aroma is wheat, lemon - reminds me of some traditionally made lemonades. Lightly sour. Light body. Good.

Appearance: Hazy light yellow color. Long lasting, white head.
Taste: Light sweet, malty/grainy, malty spicy, some lemony.
Palate: Medium body. Astringent finish.
Overall: Interesting. Unusual grains.
