Big fizzy-creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish grassy, weeds, minerals, sour grass, flowers, boiled vegetables, wet grain, old cellar, hints of popcorn. Taste is harsh mineraly, weeds, minerals, grain, flowers, sour grass, old cellar, yeast, wet hay, boiled vegetables, bark. Medium bitterness, harsh floral mouthfeel, high carbonation. Crap!

Bottle 180616. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is yeast, malt, apple, fruit, hay, grass. Flavour is yeast, apple, malt, hop, fruit, hay, grass, caramel, spices. Medium body. Ordinaryy beer, but one of the best from Holtens .

750 ml bottle. Unclear orange body with a small off-white head. Quite light in aroma, yeast and mild caramel malt. Flavor is quite sweet, general fruity, mild malt, slightly acidic fruit and light, harsh bitterness. Medium body and relatively short aftertaste. Drinkable but rather plain and mostly boring. Still the best from this brewery so far.

Bottle, 75cl. #1077/1200. It’s a clear, golden colored beer topped by a small, off-white head. Lightly fruity aroma with some pleasant apple notes and hints of yeasty spicyness. It has a light bitterness on the palate, it’s full-bodied and lightly warming, rather smooth, and with flavors of fruityness and a little touch of peppery yeast. Long finish. Too warming this one, especially considering the ABV, but it’s sort of refreshing too. Lacks depth though. Christmas beer? Don’t think so. 160102

Slightly hazy yellow color, steady white head. Citrus and grass in the nose with grape fruity notes. Light-bodied. Underlying pale malty, a bit toffeish backbone, grass and citrus. Light but kind of dribkable.

Bottled (from Vinmonopolet, Kirkenes). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some bread, mild floral and herbal notes. Flavour is rather similar. Not that IPAlike, and quite grainy and herbal aftertaste.
