Tap at the brewpub. Pours amber with an off-white head. Aroma is very citrus. Very orange. Could be really super Amarillo. Medium body at least. Flavor suggests orange zest. Back to Amarillo. Really, really citrus. Some hints of a roasty malt backbone. Finishes orange citrus. Rather amazing flavor intensity.

Tap at Preserve in Winters, CA. Preserve board said ESB, but brewery board says ASA. Pours very hazy amber with a beige head. Aroma seems citrus/pine. Med body. Flavor seems pine/citrus; malt is light. Thinking ESB it was more bitter than expected, but it does have something like that ESB softness. Might be a hoppy ESB, if from cask. As its, ASA is more like it. Or call in American ESB. :)

On tap at Harry’s Hofbrau. Melon and tropical aromas. Hazy orange with limited white head that does, hawever, pattern nicely. Taste follows aroma but has more pronounced orange. Medium thin mouthfeel and moderate bittering
