Aroma is moderate apple, pear notes, light pineapple - fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, apple, thin, pineapple notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20130815]

From cask. Pours hazy pale yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is citrusy apples and zesty. Tart, citric and dry fruity. Light sulphorish note. Ends dry and slight citric.

Bottled. Yellowish golden, small white head. Aroma is pear, grains, herbs and earth. Flavour is being quite similar. Harsh and not too pleasant.

Light unclear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, fruity, light celery and rubber. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20111208]
