Description
Ringden Farm apple Juice, established in 1963 is a family run business. We have an award-winning range of juices made from fruit grown, pressed and bottled in the heart of the Kent & The Sussex Weald.

We have an extensive range of English apple and pear juices as well as some original blends of fruits, berries and flowers.

Note - Ringden Farm is open however their own branded cider is not currently produced. Ascension Cider press and bottle at the farm.

Polycask @ GBBF 2013, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Ringden Farm Yellowcoate Cider (5) ].Unclear light yellow color with virtually head. Aroma is moderate apple, pear notes, light pineapple - fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, apple, thin, pineapple notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20130815]

From cask. Pours hazy pale yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is citrusy apples and zesty. Tart, citric and dry fruity. Light sulphorish note. Ends dry and slight citric.

Bottled. Yellowish golden, small white head. Aroma is pear, grains, herbs and earth. Flavour is being quite similar. Harsh and not too pleasant.

Bottle 500ml. Light unclear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, fruity, light celery and rubber. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20111208]
