Bottle, 4.9%. Ok dusty aroma. Almost clear yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is nicely malty and a little papery and dusty. Good low bitterness.

Bottle, 8.5%. Metallic aroma. Very big stable rocky white head. Almost clear copper colour. Sparkling. The flavour is ok malty with a distinct vanilla note. Peppery finish. The base beer is perhaps not so special, but ok. The vanilla note is quite good.

Bottle, 9%. 2025 version. Good fruity and floral hop aroma. Clear golden colour. Sparkling. Very big stable rocky white head. The flavour starts off sweet, malty, peppery. Later there is some spiciness, coriander and clove. The finish is peppery, but quite mellow.

Bottle, 8.2%. Good coriander aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Blood stable white head. The flavour is malty with a good bread note and quite some coriander. Good mouthfeel. A bit sweet, but pretty good.

Bottle, 8.5%. Brett aroma. Cloudy copper colour. Big stable rocky white head. The flavour is less Bretty than the aroma. More caramelly with a bitter touch. The Brett comes back in the finish. Creamy mouthfeel with a lively carbonation. The Calvados is quite subdued, but there is a caramelly and pungent note even though it is faint.

Can, 5.6%. Mild fruity and citric aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Small white head. The flavour starts off quite sweet, but not too much. A little citrus fruit but mostly sweet. Mild flavour but also balanced by the slight acid.

Can, 6.0%. Caramelly aroma, ok refreshing. Cloudy dark copper colour. Big stable off-white head. The flavour starts off nicely bitter and is followed by a decent maltiness and a little spicy hop. Long lingering uncompromising bitterness. Ok for a macro IPA.
