We have Meatballs with Orzo and Feta for tea. Pours hazy yellow/gold, with a large white head. Spiciness, soft mouthfeel, some sweetness, a little vanilla, this is very nice, drinks very easy for an 8.5% beer. Score: 7.4

We had Indian Summer Lamb Traybake for tea. Pours gold almost but not completely clear, white head mid sized. Nice aroma, predominantly citrus but there's a little pine resin and something else which I cannot identify, the flavour following a similar trajectory. Lovely bitterness, nice crispness and it's a bit dry, bitterness builds, this is lovely a solid West Coast IPA. Score: 7.9

Bottle picked up from Globus hypermarket Ceské Budêjovice and consumed at home Monday 27th July 2026 in the company of Mum and Keith, we're listening to LCD Soundsystem, not sure what album as Loz was in charge of the music and preparing tonight's tea, Spicy Meatballs with Orzo and Feta. Pours gold, almost clear, large white head. A touch thin, clean, light fruity, it's okay but not really doing it for me. Score: 6.0

Can picked up from Craftbeershop Parchim and consumed at home sat in the living room Saturday 25th July 2026 in the company of Mum and Keith. We had Nidi di Tagliatelle al forno (baked pasta nests) for tea, anyway back to the beer. Pours murky sherbet lemon yellow with a mid/large sized white head that hung around for a long while. Aroma is mostly summer stone fruits but with a little citrus, notably pink grapefruit. The taste following a similar trajectory and it's a decent beer, nice thick and creamy mouthfeel, slightly better than the Bech Brut Blaze that I had earlier. Score:7.5

Bottle picked up from Craftbeershop Parchim and consumed sat outside on the patio Friday 24th July 2026 in the company of Mum and Keith, although they went to bed and yep still listening to The Waterboys - Atlantic Rain, we had Malaysian Spiced Burgers with Tomato Tamarind Sambal for tea after Patrick eventually went home 😆 . Pours shark eye black what head there was soon disappeared. There's a little woodiness on the nose that combines with a little whisky or probably bourbon which is evident on the nose and in the mouth. Some dark dried fruit, there's also a little spent coffee grain and texture wise a nice smooth creaminess it's also showing as vanilla. Warming, a tad boozy but very nice, so much so that I drank two bottles of these tonight 🤣. Good. Score: 7.8
