750ml bottle from The Triangle. 2017 Vintage. My cider rating #6000. Orangey golden colour with reddish tinge, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, sour fruit, floral, wood, funk. Taste is tart & tangy, acetic funky, appley, with wood, flowery, grape skins, biscuity hint, some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying soured finish with alittle lingering biscuit. Nicely drinkable.
